Thomas Tweddle Logan (BGS staff ?-1880)

The following details were sent to me by Hugh Stevens , who is George Edwin Pattenden's Great Great Grandson.

Thomas Tweddle Logan married Canon Pattenden's youngest daughter, Beatrice Maude, at Boston on 30th Sep 1880. At the time he was described as the Principal of Bellasy (or Bellary) College, Madras, India, and the son of Samuel Logan, gentleman. He had been born in the 1st quarter of 1855 in the Chesterton registration district. Their first three children were born in India, at Bellasy (or Bellary), Karnataka (30.12.1881), Coonoor, Tamil Nadu (10.5.1883), and Waltair, Andrha Pradesh (9.9.1886); but their fourth and final child was born on 5.4.1889 at Granby, Notts, where Richard Hamer (q.v.) was Vicar.
