A Boston publisher is to produce bi-lingual children's books in English and Polish.
Paul Mould Publishing will launch the new project in local bookshops later this year, and Usborne Books will introduce them to primary schools throughout Lincolnshire.
The first three books will be suitable for children aged from four to seven, others will then follow for children aged from eight to 12.
Paul Mould Publishing has already launched similar books – in English and Spanish – in America. This has included Miss Pistachio's Big Day, and so successful was this book an accompanying doll has now been produced.
Closer to home, and Violetta Niemotko, who teaches at the John Fielding School in Boston, will be translating the books into Polish.
Paul Mould Publishing is also planning to publish two further bi-lingual books, this time in English and Welsh.
